Santacall is a phone call from Santa that a parent books for their child. The parent is our customer. This page says what we keep, who can see it, and when it's deleted. The short version: we keep the call only for you, and for 30 days.

Parents only

Only a parent or guardian can book a call. Before booking, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian and that you agree to the call being recorded for you. We keep the recording and transcript only for you, on your private page.

What we collect

• From you: your email, the phone number Santa calls, your time zone and the call time, and your payment (handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number).
• About your child, from you: their first name and age, their wish list, a good thing they did this year, something you'd like gently encouraged, and any extras you add, such as a pet's name.
• From the call: the audio recording (MP3) and a written transcript.

Santa never asks for an address, school, last name or anything personal. If a child mentions something like that anyway, it is kept only in your recording and transcript, and deleted with them.

How we use it

• So Santa can call at the time you chose, or when you press Call now, and talk with your child by name.
• To show you the recording and transcript on your private page.
• To take payment and email you your private link.

We don't sell any of it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Anyone with your private page link can see the details and play the recording, so keep the link to yourself. Our team looks at a booking only to fix a problem you report or to keep the service running safely.

Companies that help us run it

We use a few service providers, each only for its part of the job: Twilio to place and record the phone call, turn speech into words and speak Santa's voice (Twilio uses Deepgram, ElevenLabs and Google for those parts), Anthropic's AI models for Santa's side of the conversation, Resend to send email, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare to host the site and store the data.

When it's deleted

• The recording and transcript are deleted 30 days after the call.
• You can delete them sooner with Delete now on your private page. That also deletes your child's details.

Your choices

You can review everything we hold about the call on your private page, change the details before the call, and delete it all at any time. For anything else, email hello@cooli.ai from the address you booked with.
