- Kept only for you. You're the customer. The recording and transcript are yours for 30 days, then deleted.

Questions parents ask
How long is the call?
Three to five minutes. It's a real two-way conversation, so Santa listens and answers.
What does Santa know about my child?
Only what you tell him: their first name and age, their wish list, a good thing they did this year, something you'd like gently encouraged, and any extras like a pet's name, a brother or sister, or a recent big moment.
Will Santa promise a gift?
No. Santa never promises a specific gift. He says he'll talk to the elves.
Will Santa ask for personal information?
No. Santa never asks for an address, school, last name or anything personal. He stays kind and magical.
Can I pick when Santa calls?
Yes. Pick a date and time between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm, up to 90 days ahead, or press Call now when your child is ready and Santa calls in about 10 seconds.
What if nobody answers?
If nobody answers, or the call drops in under 45 seconds, you can call again, up to 4 tries.
Do I get the recording?
Yes. The recording (MP3) and a transcript wait on your private page for 30 days, then they're deleted. You can delete them sooner.
Who is the customer?
You are. You confirm you're the child's parent or guardian and agree to the call being recorded for you. We keep it only for you.
What does it cost?
$19 per call. US phone numbers only.
